Accurx Triage is used for patient contact with the practice to request an appointment and to assist with administrative queries. It is a quick and simple online form which can be accessed by clicking on the link above.
Our system means that appointment requests are reviewed by a clinician enabling patients to be offered advice electronically or be offered an appointment with the appropriate clinician, within an appropriate timeframe via a self-booking link. Please note - same day booking links will expire on the day sent.
If you are unable to book via the self-booking link sent to you, please contact reception.
Our telephone lines and reception desk remain open for patient with accessibility needs, in which case a member of our reception team will complete the triage form with you over the phone or in person.
Our reception team will no longer be directly booking your appointment without the request being triaged first.
Please note, patients are unable to book appointments via online services or other applications.
Please add to the triage form your preference to wait for a preferred clinician if appropriate, for continuity.
- Mondays: All day
- Daily: After 4.30pm
